6. Appointments & Cancellations
Booking Appointments
- Appointments can be made via phone, walk-in, or through our website contact form
- Online appointment requests are confirmed via phone call within 24 hours
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment for registration
- Bring valid ID, insurance card, and any relevant medical records
Cancellation Policy
- Please provide at least 2 hours notice for appointment cancellations
- Late cancellations (less than 2 hours) may incur a fee of KES 500
- No-shows (failure to cancel or attend) may be charged KES 1,000
- Repeated no-shows may result in requiring pre-payment for future appointments
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment
- We will accommodate late arrivals based on provider availability
- Emergency cases take priority over scheduled appointments
7. Payments & Insurance
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made
- We accept cash, M-Pesa, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers
- Detailed invoices and receipts are provided for all services
- Payment plans may be available for qualifying patients
- Late payments may incur interest charges (2% per month)
Insurance
- We accept SHA, NHIF, Madison, APA, Jubilee, CIC, and other major insurers
- Please present your insurance card at registration
- You are responsible for co-payments, deductibles, and non-covered services
- Insurance approval may be required for certain procedures
- We will submit claims on your behalf whenever possible
